TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

-Payments are required to be paid in full before work begins.
 

- Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of Invoice Date or the invoice will be cancelled.

- Items are made to order.
Please allow 7-14 days (from date of full payment) for item completion.

 

- Once finished, items will be shipped (if shipping was requested) within 24 hours.

- Received items may vary slightly (size, placement of design) from image in picture, as every item sold is made individually and by hand.

 

-If it is a rush job there will be a $25 rush fee applied.

 

- Personalized items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

- For CUSTOM orders, a proof will be sent via message. You may suggest any design changes. (Examples: Changing font, design sizing, colors, image placement, etc). A new proof will be sent for approval. If needed, any and all changes must be made at this time. A proof will be sent for FINAL approval.

 

- A $5 DESIGN FEE will be charged if design is changed or altered AFTER it has been approved.

 

- Licensed images will not be used. (Examples: Disney, Marvel/DC, Sanrio, NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, etc)

- Irish Fox Creations reserves the right to photograph all items FOR promotional and advertising purposes.
